No Show, Cancellation
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or a no-show will result in a charge. We appreciate your understanding as this policy allows us to effectively manage our schedule and accommodate other clients. Thank you for your cooperation
We will charge 50% of the service for any cancellations 4 hours prior to your appointment time.
No Shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
Late. If you are running late please call and make the salon aware. We will try our hardest to accommodate the services scheduled, however if we are unable to accommodate, your appointment will not be guaranteed and you would have to reschedule.
9 Day Service Warranty As we try our best to provide quality work, but there are circumstances that are not in our control.
If your gel polish is chipping or peeling, we could do a touch-up or re-polish depending on
the situation or its condition.
If your acrylic/dip nails are chipped, lifted, or broken, we will repair it to achieve your satisfaction.
We are not responsible for broken nails caused by customers AFTER the service, however as stated above, we are more than happy to repair it. For any broken nails being repaired, there will be a charge.
Our 9 days service warranty is to help you as being a customer feel comfortable bringing situations to our attention as well as ensuring 100% positive feedback from our clients.
Refund
As part of our company policy, we kindly inform our valued clients that we do not offer refunds for services rendered.
Safety & COVID-19If you currently have any medical conditions that you are facing, please notify us in the notes section after booking your appointment. If we are not aware of your condition, we will not be responsible for any incident after your visit.
Masks are optional for our vaccinated customers.
If you are not vaccinated, please wear a mask.
All of our technicians are required to wear a mask.
